CBD Terms
Age. You must be 21 or older to buy CBD products.
Where we ship. CBD products ship within the United States only, and not to states where hemp-derived CBD sales are restricted.
What our CBD is. Our CBD products are made from broad-spectrum hemp extract. A certificate of analysis (COA) from an independent lab is linked on each product page.
Drug testing. Broad-spectrum products are made to be THC-free, but trace cannabinoids can't be ruled out completely. If you're subject to drug testing, consult your employer or testing authority before use.
Use and safety. Use only as directed. Not for use by anyone who is pregnant or nursing, or by children. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you take medication or have a medical condition. Our CBD products are not dietary supplements and have not been evaluated by the FDA; they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Subscription Terms
How it works. When you choose Subscribe & Save or a Truly Rooted box, you agree to automatic recurring orders. We charge the payment method on file and ship your order on the schedule you picked (every 30 days unless you chose another interval) until you cancel.
Price. Subscribers pay 15% less than the one-time price on individual products. Box prices are shown on the Build Your Box page. If a product's price changes, we'll email you at least 14 days before the change applies to your next order.
Skip, pause, swap or cancel anytime. Manage everything in your account at trulyrooted.health, or email support@trulyrooted.health. Changes made at least 48 hours before your next renewal date apply to that order. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum number of orders.
Out-of-stock items. If a product in your subscription is temporarily unavailable, we'll email you to swap it, skip it, or ship the rest of your order without it. You're only charged for what ships.
Failed payments. If a renewal charge fails, we'll retry it and email you. After repeated failures, the subscription pauses until you update your payment method.
Free shipping. Subscription boxes ship free within the United States. Individual subscribed products follow standard shipping rates unless stated at checkout.
Returns. Every subscription order is covered by our Refund & Return Policy.
