Terms of service

These terms ("Agreement") govern your use of trulyrooted.health (the "Website") and the products and services sold through it (together, the "Services"). This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and Truly Rooted LLC ("Truly Rooted", "we", "us" or "our"), even though it is electronic and not physically signed. By using the Website or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Website.

Eligibility and accounts. You must be at least 18 to buy from us (21 for CBD products). You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it, and you must tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate this Agreement or that use false information.

Orders and pricing. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may limit quantities, refuse an order, or cancel an order with a full refund if a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay.

Subscriptions. Recurring orders are governed by our Subscription Terms, which are part of this Agreement.

Shipping, refunds and returns. Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are part of this Agreement.

Health information. Content on the Website is for general information only and is not medical advice. Our products are dietary supplements, not drugs, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please read our Website Disclaimer and talk with your healthcare provider before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

Links to other sites. Links to third-party websites don't mean we endorse them, and we aren't responsible for their content, products or practices. You use them at your own risk.

Intellectual property. The Truly Rooted name, logo, product names, text, images and design belong to Truly Rooted LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties. The Website and Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any particular result will come from using our products.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Truly Rooted and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or order that gave rise to the claim.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Truly Rooted and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Website or products or your violation of this Agreement.

Governing law and disputes. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. You waive any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Changes. We may update this Agreement at any time by posting a new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Using the Website after a change means you accept it.
